Hi Sherry,

I am on 4.5mg of LDN, my stiffness surprisingly got worse when i was

taking 3mg. Im back on 4.5 and I have been taking 3 x 25mg of

baclofen every day (i.e. 75mg a day). during both doses, but the

baclofen has helped with the 4.5 more than the 3mg.

So, is that clear as mud? lol
