Guest guest
Calcium and phosphate are the essential building blocks of teeth. I would think that the tooth powder and mouth formula along with the calcium formula would be the place I would start... Below is some more info that I would consider if I were wanting to regrow teeth. Calcium benefits bone and tooth development and maintenance, Vitamin D benefits bones, teeth, and optimizes calcium metabolismBoron is needed for calcium, magnesium and vitamin D metabolism, and the development for structure and strength of bones Vitamin D is required for proper calcium absorption. The adult recommended daily intake of vitamin D is aaaround 400 IU grouppastime <grouppastime@...> wrote: I currently have composite fillings but they need to be replaced every 5-10 years. Gold and porcelain fillings last a lifetime but they are extremely expensive. If i got my fillings removed, would it be possible for the rest of the tooth to grow back if i used herbal tooth powder and total mouth formula? I personally wouldn't worry about it if they are holding up just fine right now. They will last longer or for a much shorter period of time depending on your diet and what you eat and drink. Eating too hot of food or too cold of food is too much of a change and not good for your body anyway. Besides, cavities and broken teeth are either a result of damage from sugars or accidents or symptoms of problems elsewhere in your body. Cleanse your body and keep on cleansing it. Become raw and eat only fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink lots of pure water and fresh vegetable juices and fruit juices and give your body what it needs to rebuild itself. Yes you can grow new teeth but it will take time. Bones and teeth take much longer to heal and repair than soft tissue. Make sure you get plenty of organic calcium, magnesium, flouride and sunshine. I believe that Suzi gave you some good info too on other minerals that are needed for good bone and tooth health. My two cents and I hope it helps. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
