Guest guest
Hi Waymon, Here is an interesting table comparing the statistics of death. Supplements, such as Colloidal Silver account for .0001% death rate. Properly prescribed drugs account for 5.18%, and preventable doctor's goofs account for 2.4%. That is over 7.5% of the deaths are caused by doctors and their quack medicines. http://www.laleva.cc/petizione/ron_law_tables/tabella.html But does the news media report this Boeing 747 crash a day number of deaths from aspirin alone? No they report on the few people (under 5 deaths a year) who were reported to have died from supplements, and even many these are questionable like this recent one: " There was a recent media report linking Ginkgo Biloba to the death of a heart patient due to cerebral haemorrhage. The patient had been taking Ginko for some time. He was taking blood thinning drugs which are notorious for causing cerebral haemorrhage. Contrary to media reports, papers obtained by the NNFA under the official information act revealed that the MARC did not find Ginkgo to be the cause of death. " Also see http://www.laleva.cc/petizione/english/ronlaw_eng.html Baugh ********************** > I'm searching the web to find the vital statisics for the U.S. so I > can see how many if any deaths or serious side effects are directly > attributed to herbs. Does any one have that info handy? > > Thanks, > > Waymon > > > > ------------------------
Guest guest
Here's Dr. Mercola's series of articles on the modern health care system being the leading cause of death: http://www.mercola.com/2004/jul/7/healthcare_death.htm And his article on doctors being the third leading cause of death: http://www.mercola.com/2000/jul/30/doctors_death.htm The second article was written in 2000, and at that time the number of iatrogenic (doctor-induced) deaths was 250,000 per year. I'm sure it's only increased since then. Sharyn --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
