Something to with muscles that have not been used for a long time is

the usual explanation.

I'm not convinced by that theory. My leg stiffness just gets worse

with the days on LDN. The only way I have found to relieve my stiff

legs is to decrease the dose for a few days.

Before anyone suggests it's the filler I should point out that I have

tried three different ones.

Stiff muscles and cramps is a known side effect of Naltrexone at

higher doses. It is documented in the Du Pont (original developer?)

data sheet.

It's a surprise that the side effect still occurs at low doses.

Despite the idea that LDN is out of the system within a few hours I

reckon it's side effects accumulate.

Steve,

To quote your post -

"..Before anyone suggests it's the filler I should point out that I havetried three different ones... "

I will be placing an order for LDN soon. I have read that magnesium can be used as a filler and further that (magnesium) has been suggested as useful as a muscle relaxant

Did you try magnesium as a filler and what was your experience? It just seems to make sense to me that magnesium should be the filler of choice.

Naturally all other responses and thoughts would be appreciated.

I guess I am just lucky. I was quite stiff @ 4.5 for several days, and then the stiffness just went away. Why? Darned if I know.
