Good question, this came up last year when the site was started. I had specifically asked Dr. B and he said to take it according to the time zone you are in. Does not work with circadian rhythm but does have something to do with revolution of earth. . So... take it PM, east coast time.

What a great test for L.D.N. I would (if I were you) take it at 9:00 p.m. eastern time.The first thing that comes to mind is that taking it at 10:00 as you do is only one hour later than Dr. Bahari recommends.

Also he claims that the Naltrexone works off of the body's circadian rhythm which is tied in with the magnetic fields or something like that, so except for jet lag you should accommodate relatively fast for the time change.

I go back to when we went on Vacation to the west coast this April right at the time we changed to daylight saving time. This put me at about the same state you were in except for the other way around.

I took my pills for that week we were out there one hour later and had no adverse reactions at all. Never lost any ground at all:o) And I am the one that has to stay within a one hour window when at home!

I believe that we have such a big window of opportunity, if we have to have it, that three hours is not to be concerned about if you manage it properly.

If you don't so what ? You won't fall apart over night. I believe you will not loose anything that you can not get back relatively quickly.

Looks like we take it the same time! I take mine around 1AM Eastern Time.

When you're on the east coast will you be up at 1AM every day? or at least midnight? Then you won't have to worry about it, it'll be within both windows Where on the east coast?
