Changing time zones and LDN

I've been on LDN about 5 weeks. I live in Calif. and take it every

night at 10:00pm. I will be going back to the east coast for 2

months where the time is 3 hours ahead of Calif. I'm not sure what

to do about the timing of my dose. Any help would be appreciated.
