Guest guest
Dear , Try this: Open the pdf document Click on Edit Click on Select All Immediately all will become highlighted (in blue) Using your mouse 'hover' over the blue to see the hand turn into a dark arrow RIGHT click! Click on COPY click on Start OPEN a NEW Blank Word .doc or .docx PASTE what you just copied to that. It may take a while to paste. the upper left word " File' may turn into a white box and all may appear 'stuck' or frozen. JUST give it some TIME if this happens. It will take seconds to 3 minutes that afeels like an eternity. Go make yoruself acup of decaf! while you wait. NOW the format you get on the PASTE may not be identical but the information is there. You may have to close gaps in sentences and save it. Some times tables just do not copy like they should and you have to recreate the actual table and enter the data to mimick the original pdf. You can try downloading a FREE pdf converter to open the pdf and save to a pdf file system that downloaded. Hope these instructions HELP and know it is much easer than it sounds. After you do one or two it becomes old hat and you don't think about the steps until you have to actually wait for a long pdf to PASTE to a Word .doc/.docx Let me know if this helps. Guest guest
Jeanetta, Thanks for posting this link. I opened it in IE whatever the latest and greatest version is (have no clue what version, friend's computer), and was able to print it straight away. It would not work with FireFox or Google browser, which are my preferred choices. Just letting everyone know the link does work with Internet Explorer. Guest guest
You are most welcome! I use IE as well but it would not open up for me. I will have to check what version I am using.
