I held it on my left quadricep (top thigh muscle) for no more than ONE MINUTE. Five minutes later, I was fighting off a leg spasm. Today I have a lot of pain and that old burning feeling has returned. As has been said here before, we all respond differently, so please be careful. ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here
Guest guest
I used it on my calf muscles for a hell of alot longer, and worked my way up to thighs, back and whole spine - sure, my legs are so tight and stiff and I spasm anytime I 'disturb' the muscles by moving them (they call it 'intent tremors') but I have two choices. 1. Dont move 2. Move and fight my muscles that dont like to be stretched, manipulated or disturbed. Eventually, they are gonna give in because I prefer to wake them up. Remember the gymnasium, and the soreness the next few days after an aerobic exercise? Same deal. Even If I massage my calves using my hands, I still spasm and the sensitivity feels like burning and/0r bruised sensation.
