Thank you, Lara, I had typed several responses and then deleted them. You spoke for me...

It is also your moral duty to observe the rules of this forum:

Jill et al,

I hear you and have thought about what has been said. The Del key is simple to use and I had been using it vigorously. I was just thinking WHY is all this, albeit good and sometimes interesting, non-specific (to LDN) information finding it's way into a forum titled low dose naltrexone.

I too am interested in all, I mean ALL, other avenues of investigation to get away from or live better with the MonSter. I do find all posts (almost all) to be of interest.

I will pull my head in and accept that this should be viewed as an 'open' forum with a strong interest in LDN and there is some GREAT information to be found here regards LDN. I was trying to find a way to get to the gold quicker without so much panning.

Stem Cells do look wonderful and all the other top shelf possibilities, if you have the gold card that they require, which I believe not many of us would have as MS strikes many down after they complete their education and are just starting on their career paths. LDN does not require such a card, hence my deeeeeeeep interest in all information relating specifically to LDN.

XGRAF

PS I was not looking for censorship, just appropriate restraints to focus on the title of the forum

PPS Once again I apologise if I have offended anyone.

I can't speak for anybody else but I would far prefer in that case that

you used all lower case instead of all upper case - far easier to read.

If you have windows XP you can set your computer to accept one hand typing with "sticky keys" that's what I use.I never could get both hands to work on a key board.

Great! Thanks Kim! :-)

As Reg said, Windows XP (and most other versions of Windows) have

Sticky Keys which is great for one handed typing. The paralysis in my

hands is not bad enough for me to have to type one handed/fingered, but

about 18 months ago I fell and broke my wrist when my walking frame

decided I wasn't going fast enough and Sticky Keys was great for me

with one handed typing (Win 2000). If you are using Windows you should

be able to turn it on just by holding down the shift key for more than

8 seconds. If you want to try it and that doesn't work email me at

covo@... and tell me what version of Windoze you are using

and I will try to explain how to enable it.
