5 months w/sleeping problems!

Hi everyone,

Just an FYI and hoping for some feedback. I've been taking LDN

since the begining of February. Started with 3.0 and went through

weeks and weeks of horrible sleep. There were many nights of only 3

and 4 hours. Many people said over time this would get better.

After a month I couldn't stand it any longer. After trial and error

I found that 2.0 works best, I've got the energy and able to get a

good night sleep. I can't help wondering though if I'm getting all

the benefits from a 2.0 dose?? Should I try a 2.5? Let me know what

ya think?? Thanks in advance.
