Friday,

Very well said! You and I sound identical! The best way that I had found to describe the improvements has also been consistency. I don't seem to fluctuate as much from day to day. That is a good thing as I am not so hesitant to make plans in advance. I was doing 6mg LDN since I had plenty of 3mg capsules. I really liked this dose for myself. I have run out of the 3mg caps, so I am going to ask my doc to prescribe it. Now I am taking 4.5mg. It's a trial and error thing!

Ok, its me again, im on a roll, lol

If been looking back over my dairy on LDN, and today is 62 days and I can report now the consistencies im finding in all this time.

The symptoms which are consistent and well balanced in my improvements are my strenght in standing and transfering, my quality of sleep, my good bladder control, bowels more regular, menstrual cycle still on time and uneffected, significantly lower fatigue, less stiffness/rigid legs and increased sensation in lower legs.

Whilst my legs are not as stiff and rigid, the spasms continue to be present in the mornings when getting out of bed. I do not spasm whilst sitting or moving during the day as much as I use to.

When I do feel tired or anything, I am wise enough not to blame the LDN, because I know my body and how I can neglect to drink plenty of water and dehydrate, or realise that on some days I am more stiff than others due to my own neglect to exercise. My right eye, due to history of optic neuritis, is always alittle blurier and if I am stressed or dehydrated (which I am quite alot), the vision in that eye can be worse - psuedo thing, and its very temporary and I know how to fix the problem.

I have PPMS, have never been hospitalised for anything. I've never had exacerbations, but I know all about the psuedo thing - I just didn't know there was a name for it.
