Redtruck,

Yes, I'm on day 232 of my LDN journey! I started at 3mg, then went to 4.5mg. I'm now experimenting w/6mg after reading of Kiki's experience with this dose. I really think I am seeing more improvement at the higher dose, regardless of my small size. I have noticed today that I am feeling sensations that I hadn't noticed in a long time. I know this will sound too weird, but in the beginning, 4 years ago, I had a constant feeling that my right big toe had been chopped off and that my left foot had been chopped off at the ankle. (That's the only way I know to describe it.) I hadn't felt this in a long time, and I have felt it yesterday and today. Maybe going back through old symptoms??

My well being is definately better, although I still have little coping skills. My counselor told me once that these are developed as a child. Mine never had much development as my examples (parents) weren't very stable people. Dad was a 'control freak', and mom manipulated for control or threw 'wall-eyed fits'! That was normal for me! As an adult, I know that they were just ignorant to these things back then, and they will never take any ownership. Just offer excuses for everything. They will never change, so I can only deal with myself. I think I'm doing pretty good!

Anyways, I'll keep doing LDN and hope for more improvement! (I saw immediate results with bladder issues. That alone is worth it!)
