Guest guest
<< My supervisor works with a bright, adorable child with Asperger's. Recently, he was also diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. I think someone on this list had mentioned a connection between mercury and muscular dystrophy. Is it possible his condition can be stopped or even reversed? Andy? Anyone? >> I don't know. I do know that once MD's put a label on things they stop trying. They also often put the wrong label on things. So the first question is whether he actually DOES have DMD. The second question is what to DO about DMD that AMA worshipping MD's don't believe in. At least the asperger's might be cured by chelation if it is toxic in origin. I don't have much useful to say but I do want to offer encouragement - just because the MD's label the kid and declare him hopeless doesn't mean there is no hope. It just means the hope has to be found by somebody else who goes out and looks for it. Andy
