Guest guest Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 Thanks Dora! I got in 4 hours AFTER the many tries! I actually took a 'Print Screen' of the error message I kept getting! I was ready to send it along with my word document CE Transcript with the ONLINE fee, instead of the MAIL fee as it was not my fault and it was the second time I had this problem1!!! But as soon as I got in I added more to my transcript and PAID online as soon as I could! Sure made me wonder what goes on there! Okay so I am good for another 2 yrs! Woosh! (Jeanetta wipes the sweat off her brow). Did youknow that once you send the transcript and fee you can not access the transcript again until the recertification process is over? Guest guest Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 i ONLY go in there when re-certifying as I don't know the password and number. they send me a postcard with that info and an e-mail and then i do it. because the id and password is NOT something i can remember i have no interest in going to that site unless i have to. they went from being an OK site to the MOST UNuser frendly site i have EVER seen. if you can't get in just pay the extra funds and be done with it. before you do that play phone tag with the people, as the humans I've talked to in the past there were quite helpful. I have not had good luck with using the site for the SAME reason! If they want us to use the site then give us easier log in and pass codes.
