You will recieve 28 pills of 50mg Naltrexone, which can last almost a year, depending on the dosage you decide is best for you. It may take up to 3 weeks to get to you, and will arrive USPS Registered so you will have to be there to sign for it. Cut one pill in half on the indented line and crush the half using a "pill pulverizer" or two spoons. Crush it up as much as possible because it doesn't really dissolve well. Put it in a small covered container and add 25 ml distilled or filtered water and shake it up. Keep it refrigerated. Shake it up each night before dosing. Done. No doctor, no prescription, no fillers. I went to my local pharmacy and they gave me an oral 5 ml syringe which I use for measuring out the water to add (5 times=25ml) and also my nightly dose. You just take the ml equivalent of the mg dose you want. 1.5 mg is 1.5 ml, 3.0mg is 3.0 ml, 4.5 mg is 4.5 ml. You can adjust to any amount in between, just not over 5 ml. or less than 1.5 ml.
