Guest guest
I can't help you with an answer about tremors, but I can report as to how I'm doing. Last night was my 86th dose of ldn. I did play around with dosages and times in the beginning b/c I wasn't getting the same positive results others were reporting. I have been on 4.5 now for 38 days. For the first 8 days, I was taking 1.5 at 9pm and 3 at 10pm. Then I switched to 4.5 at 11pm and then backed it to 10:30-10:45 since June 9. I had a good day on Monday. More strength, way less fatigue, and this "freezing" sensation in my left hand was gone and severe coldness in both legs was gone. Monday night I fell asleep on the sofa and didn't take my LDN until 11:45. Tuesday I was tired and a lot weaker and stiffer when I got up and had to go back to bed for a while. Tuesday night I took it at 10:30 again. Wednesday was a GREAT day. Coldness gone again, stiffness gone again, very alert when I woke up, no brain fog at all. I was able to wash some pots and pans, load the dishwasher and make breakfast with no fatigue in my legs. I never napped and still felt great. Made the whole dinner by myself, which I haven't been able to do in quite some time. The first time I felt fatigued was after eating dinner. I laid down for about 15 minutes and then played scrabble for about 1-1/2hours. Still felt quite good. I went for a massage today (Iusually go a couple times a month) and was a little tired and fatigued when I got up. But, at the massage, I started feeling sensations in my legs I haven't had before. Even felt a little ticklish. Now, I don't know if timing is of importance, but I'm sticking with 10:30 p.m. Another thing, after a massage I usually lie down for a while. Today, I am writing this and feeling pretty good. Everyone is different. I still haven't seen a whole lot in the way of bladder help. In fact, I started Detrol after being on LDN, but I will take these improvements. How long have you ben taking ldn and is it for MS?
