Guest guest
Am also A positive according to .U.S. Army. 4.5 works well for me. Sleep wonderfully, bladder control is joy, and herbalist advises to increase my pregnenolone to at least 200 mg daily and Super EPA fish oil capsules to at least 4 daily to grow own myelin. Herbalist is intelligent, free doctor to much of coastal community---anyone who asks his help. Money not important. Salinger's " Catcher in the Rye " ---Will try growing own myelin with Mark's help. Guest guest
OK I am totally confused, I am considering going to 6mgs on my LDN But what is all this stuff about having my blood type? I've been following thiis thread and I must have missed something. What does my blood type have to do with how much LDN I take??? help What is really happening to people who go up to 6, do the side effects last longer are harder? I'd like more information before I make up my mind. Thanks Peace, ZilNever give up, never surrender
Guest guest
Herbalist, Mark Clarembeau--- aka God to the many he treats without charge---told me he feels everyone can make own Myelin with Pregnenolone and fish oil capsules. He said German research done with 500 mg Pregnenolone daily!!! Productive level went up as well as sex life satisfaction!! (No idea how that was measured!!!) Have ordered Source Naturals brand Pregnenolone 50 mg, 120 tabs, for $14.95 by ordering 4 bottles. Order of four of same gives Mark a discount which is passed to customer. I am taking 25 mg at present and using four twice daily to make a hundred twice daily. NOW brand Super EPA (double strength Omega-3 Polyunsaturates) I take two fish oil concentrate softgels twice daily) Mark feels the Pregnenolone and fish oil grow Myelin for everyone! Sixty NOW Super EPA costs 9.95 at The Herb Store. Shop around. If ldn has stopped the progression of MS, I am excited to be rebuilding Myelin! I'm about to celebrate my 69th and feel a kid with a Tinker Toy! I just had 6 teeth pulled---one a leaking root canal---preceding my MS symptoms by a year. Pregnenolone deficiency causes both MS and Hypoglycemia---both of which I have!! Meinig, DDS, The Root Canal Cover-Up Exposed is on Interlibrary loan to me. My root canal had disintegrated and was leaking toxins! Go for it! Guest guest
Marcie hope to put a smile on your face I wish I had a full head of hair that could hurt, so there is an advantages to being bald. Reg, I knew within just a few days that I seemed to be at a more constant level of pain. Not as much fluctuation. I have felt like poo-poo the last two days, but I think maybe the barometric pressure has something to do with it. Kind of like having the flu without the nausea and fever. You know, I just hurt all over. Hopefully this will end soon, but the pain/pressure in my legs has been pretty much the same. I think even my hair hurts!! Guest guest
Hi Zil, the question on blood type started because I was speaking to friend who also was on 6mgs and we had the same blood type. Being it was b+ I thought because only 10% of the population is B that maybe blood type had something to do with LDN Dosage. I posted the question on the site so if there is a pattern we can see it. It seemed to be following an A+/B+( Positive Rhesus factor) until Jay posted he was O- and was raised to 6mg by Dr. L.and doing well. Too few responses to tell anything yet. Guest guest
Zil I found out the next day at about three o-clock I had lost all bladder control. I immediatly went back to three mgs. and by noon the next day I was fine again. I use my bladder as a guide line it seems to be the first to respond, I also drink 2-3 litres of water a day. Guest guest
Zil, we were wondering if blood type had any effect on the optimum dosage. So far most of the people who have found 6mg advantageous have been '+' blood types. Be interesting to see how those numbers turn out when there is a greater sample. ----- Original Message ----- From: zillba@... low dose naltrexone Sent: Sunday, July 18, 2004 12:07 AM Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Anyone on 6mgs.?? I've been following thiis thread Zil: Kiki was theorizing that perhaps blood type may have something to do w/ who can tolerate higher doses of LDN. So she asked for people to respond w/ their blood type. I did try 6.0 for one night, but felt pretty bad the next day...headachy, foggy feeling that lasted throughout the day. I decided to go back to 4.5. However there are several people on 6 (Kiki, Marcie, Marie to name a few) who have no problems w/ that dose.
