Guest guest
Sadie, I had the test done and to my surprise found that I had a great deal of food sensitivities. There was a woman in the Dr's office where I was tested that was diagnosed with ms and had been in a wheelchair for several years. She had the test done and avoided all the identified allergens. Within 3 months she was out of the wheelchair and working everyday. I am trying to adhere to it but it is extremely difficult. I do feel much better and do not have any ms problems other than severe spasms in my buttocks and legs. I do believe that if I were more disciplined with this that it would be most helpful. Guest guest
Hi Sadie, Just to clear up one confusion, I have looked for Elise blood test in google and cannot find anything, are you sure that the name is correct. I think it may be test whch is used to diagnose AIDS, and aims at finding antigens in blood. Am I mistaken? Guest guest
Go to MS-Diet.org and you will find the science behind the testing and the specific test to have done. Information on the Best Bet Diet is also there.
