As for a +ACQ-500 phone consultation fee, yes it's a lot of money. But everything's more expensive in New York City. That's also what he charges for a first office visit. After that, its +ACQ-250. The big MS doctors charge +ACQ-750--for each visit--and do not spend two hours with you, the way Dr. Bihari does.
