Hi all,

My husband has been on the LDN at 4.5mgs for 13 days now and has not had any stiffness or sleep disturbances. Actually, nothing seems to be happening, which is good I guess, since we don't want anymore of those nasty exacerbations! I think maybe the reason he seems to be taking so well to the LDN, with no problems, is that he eats so well and drinks plenty of water and takes all his supplements. I wish I were so healthy! When he first started taking his enzymes with microbe soil organisms he was warned to only take one a day to start because they were very powerful and could make you sick if you had an unhealthy colon, but he seemed to have no trouble with those either, so I attribute that to healthy eating (Best Bet Diet) too.

Thanks to all of you who are reporting in with your experiences. We have been avidly reading them, and it gives us much hope!

God bless,

Terria

I may up the LDN to 4.5mgs if my viral count is dropping well...just to see if it improves my leg, knee and thigh pains. I am not looking forward to the sleep disturbances but was relieved to hear a few of you mention you can still tolerate benadryl ( I prefer Phenergan syrup, less drying and also helps my nausea) or even a sleeping pill. I do very poorly on Ambien (you know it as StillNox), it gave me genuine mental blackouts which were quite frightening. But Alprazolam helps me sleep when I can't get settled down- that's been a lot lately since I am kept chemically Hyperthyroid. Anyhoo...
