Guest guest
Spike - I've only been on LDN for 66 days - but have passed the amount of time in between my last two flair ups - flair up free which is giving me significant hope for the future!!! I love LDN - it has made a super huge difference in my day to day life - no more fatigue, I sleep great, wake up refreshed, have tons of energy, my old personality is back and for the first time in years, I'm happy. I still get up to " go " at least once a night, and sometimes twice, but even so, it is so much better than before when 5 or 6 trips to the head each night was the norm. My brain fog is almost completely gone, and I have both the desire, and ability to accomplish most of what I want/need to. LDN for MS is not perfect - but for me it is great. I still have symptoms, even some new stiffness which I did not have pre-LDN. But I don't care. The benefits outweigh any downside. And the best part is, I no longer have this feeling that there is a MonSter hanging over my head, just waiting to strike me down.
