Guest guest
Larry, I am the one who brought up the topic of Pseudo Attacks. After being on LDN for over 2 yrs now, and doing extremly well, that's where I am. And it's ok. Did I get scared and upset over the few steps backwards? Absolutely. After so long of not having any problems at all, then experiencing a few " familiar" syptoms of my MS (compared to what my relapses used to be) this is minor. Not to mention Temporary. I came to realize that I was overdoing it in my every day, and have also been under alot of stress in my daily life.......ALL Contributes to the aggravation of MS Symptoms, not the progression of MS. I spoke with Dr. Bihari, and was told to pick up DLPhenalanine, 500 mil. for the discomfort I am experiencing, it seems to be helping. I also spoke to my Neurologist. Of course, he wanted me to start a Medrol Sol Pack. which I refused. I've done too well, for too long since being off all other meds since being on LDN, and Will not go back to any of them. Of course, the choice to do the Solumedrol treatment is yours. Only you know what is best for your body. But, Please give LDN a chance to work for you. I have had 2 MRI's done in the past 2 yrs. and have seen my lesions dissapearing. My neuro's words, "they are healing themselves", I honestly believe the LDN plays a huge part in stopping the progression. And yes, Lack of stress on our bodies, whether it be mental, physical, heat, or cold, whatever the case, also plays a part in stopping the attacks. Good Luck to you Carol ***MAGIC***"It's what makes miricles happen"
