Guest guest
Marcie, I am not sure of the alternatives, maybe a bridge. It would be best to ask the dentist. What I am sure of is that root canals are bad, very, very bad for anyone but especially for an ms'er. Find a holistic dentist that is familiar with this. Numerous mercury amalgams, crowns, and root canals, not to mention the cavitations caused by inappropriate wisdom teeth removals (not completely removing the peridontal ligament). Now, she has very few teeth left in her mouth and is not in real good shape. When we mess with these areas in a traditional way, we short circuit our own electrical system so-to-speak. I would recommend using a holistic dentist trained to do things in a way so as not to have this effect. There are other, more healthy ways of getting the job done! Guest guest
There were posts a while back that stated that root canals in most people become infected and that could be the cause of MS, PLS, etc. My question is has any one in the group had root canal teeth removed and gotten better??? I have five root canals and would hate to have the teeth removed for nothing!!

Guest guest
I don't have any root canals, but I did have my mercury amalgams removed and cavitations from wisdom teeth removal cleaned up also by a good holistic dentist in Tyler, TX. I noticed very soon after these procedures were done that I had more energy, and the brain-fog that I had had for a while lifted. I believe that anything one can do to clean up the dental messes that traditional dentistry have made is a step in the right direction! Best of luck to you!
