On November 5th I went to the site, entered my certification number & password. I got in without any difficulty. I entered my ce info & paid my $40 all on line. I just now went back & logged in without a problem. It says my new certificate was printed on November 19th. So, I'm good to go until November 30th 2010. I will send it to PTCB. currently my account states that I can not access the transcript because I already have sent it and it is in the recertification process. Will see in a few days.
