Guest guest
Awesome u did it. Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry CONGRATS to jab91864 - CPhT !!!! Re: I passed !!!!! Frustrated no more.... Dear Jab 91864, CONGRATS!!!! I am glad they let you use your calculator or theirs (which?), the timer was not an issue as you can hide it. Best action is not to change your first answer. Second time I have heard about palm scan. May not make a bit of difference on your job, YET you will have the satisfaction in knowing what you can do! That you DID it! and a sweeter victory because you did not HAVE to but WANTED to! Great news! Jeanetta Mastron CPhT BS Founder/Owner > > Took my exam today. Left the house at 4:30am and made it there without getting lost, thanks to my GPS..lol. Had time to wait so grabbed an ice tea and looked over my notes. > > So much worry and frustration on my part and most for nothing. > > #1. I got a real calculator to use, didn't have to mess with the online one. > > #2. The timer had a " hide " feature but the timer was at the top corner so I didn't focus on it like I worried I would. > I ended the test with 56 minutes left to spare, so I wasn't feeling pressured in the least. > > #3. I chose not to review any of my answers, typically if I second guess myself it's a mistake. > There were only a couple that I truly did just guess by reasoning. Being in a retail setting is different than a hospital setting in many ways and some of the things I just have not had exposure to. > > #4. I didn't realize they were going to do palm scans and take my picture. The woman supervising the testing said they record audio and video of you testing to insure you are not cheating. It sort of reminded me of a prison set up...lol. > Warden in the centered glass cubicle monitoring the inmates testing. So they scan you on the way in and the way out again comparing your palm scans and the photo they took in the beginning, to the driver's license (the only thing you are able to take in with you other than the key to the locker they give you for your things) > > I'm glad it's over. It won't make a bit of difference in my job or my wage but it will look good on my resume. >
