why would you want thicker eyelashes?

The cosmetic industry has been making a  mint off of women for years selling

the 'promise'  of longer and thicker eyelashes because they 'sold' the idea

that this is sexy about 200 years ago if not longer! As long as women have been

'atting' their eyelashes to men  as a flirtation.

 

It is being/will be prescribed and sold to help those with a medical problem in

which the eyelashes fall out NOT as a cosmetic. However I see the writing on the

wall about women rushing to the doctor to have hin/her to write a script for

cosmetic purposes. My question is will it be 'allowable' as an off label use and

is it 'worth' any side effects no matter how small?
