Important New PTCB Policies for CPhTs and Candidates

Recently, the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Certification

Council and Board of Governors adopted new PTCB certification program policies.

It is important for all Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhTs) and certification

candidates to become familiar with these new policies, which are applicable to

all current PTCB certificants and candidates, and will become effective

September 23, 2011. The current Revocation of Certification and Denial of

Recertification Policy is being replaced with the Code of Conduct and Conduct

Case Procedures.
