Guest guest
Has anyone noticed they are sunburning more easily? I seem to burn extremely easily this year and am wondering if LDN is causing it. , pink and itchy...
Guest guest
Or has the Ozone layer got anything to do with it? Guest guest
Nope! I am much less sensitive to the heat, so I try to sit outside everyday for at least 10 minutes. (Up to 30 minutes, depending on the intensity of the West Texas sun!) My arms and the tops of my legs have a very nice tan. It also helps my mood! Even when I move under the shade tree I think the sunshine still benefits me. I sleep better, as sunlight stimulates the pineal gland to naturally produce melatonin. Guest guest
I'm not outside any more than last year, but I sure burn faster. Has the ozone disappeared over the winter??? ----- Original Message ----- From: Reg Kreil low dose naltrexone Sent: Monday, July 05, 2004 9:58 AM Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Sunburn Or has the Ozone layer got anything to do with it?Or that you can stand to be outside more? Since getting MS I can't stand to go out in the sun for more than a few minutes. I've been like that for about ten years. So, in my case, the reason is MS, not LDN. Guest guest
Last I heard the ozone layer comes and goes or grows and shrinks at random. I have been on Ldn for eight months now and am tanning fine(gotta get my vit.D right?)
