Guest guest
, That's me in windy West Texas! The heat has been pretty intense, and on those days I don't go outside until late in the day. I've lost most of my tan in the last 2 - 3 weeks! We haven't had much rain, so it has been a dry heat. How does the heat/humidity in Austin affect you? I say if the zanaflex doesn't work, dump the neuro! I'm still holding out hope that fixing my root canals will bring some healing. My appointment isn't for another 8 days though. Marcie, you are in TX aren't you?Is this heat getting to you? The one great thing my neuro did for me was write me a scrip for therapeutic massages. -------Original Message------- From
Guest guest
, I'm 15 miles SE of Lubbock. I take 500mg of Keppra at night. When I was on a higher dose, I was limp as a wet noodle, and that wasn't good. I take the 500mg at night because if it is helping, I need the relief at night so I can sleep better. I have to have some stiffness in order to have any independence. Glad you are OK after the fall. Stay cool! The heat is non stop here.I spend most of my time in the AC.I went outside to catch some Vit.D last week and fell asleep in the lounge chair.(Keppra effects)and when I awoke and tried to get up to go inside, I collapsed on the patio. Luckily my husband came home w/in 5 minutes and found me ! I won't be getting my Vit. D without someone around from now on.

Guest guest
Marcie, I don't have any trouble sleeping...I don't spasm or kick my husband in the night(unless he deserves it).My doc started me off on 250 2xday and I was supposed to increase to 500 1xday, but I was falling asleep on the250, so he took me off of it completely. Let me know if you ever get to Austin. We can look for people to talk to in the Walmart restrooms here, together. -------Original Message------- From: low dose naltrexone Date: Tuesday, July 20, 2004 20:29:16 low dose naltrexone Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] neuro visit today () , I'm 15 miles SE of Lubbock.
