Guest guest
ahhhhh yes Gerald, Glandular Fever I know about - we in Australia call it that too. Never had it though. At the time just before first MS symptoms appeared, and the stupid freak diet I was doing, I had severe panic attacks/anxiety and even hallucinated and became paranoid. What was I eating all day during this diet for 4 long months? Ready for the shock? 1 slice of wholmeal toast - dry, no spreads in the morning 1 cup of black coffee no sugar. THAT WAS IT!! For 3 months. Not a diet - a total elimination of all vital foods for functioning. - 3 months later, optic neuritis and pins and needles sensation and coordination problems in left leg. I never recovered and went downhill since then (PPMS) friday > I also had mono in teens! > > Friday, when I had mononeucleosis ( -about 46 years ago ), in the UK, it was called Glandular Fever: > -Same thing, I believe! > > Re. stress: I remember reading, around 12 years ago, something about many incidences of MS occuring within about 12 months of an episode of emotional stress.
