Guest guest
This is the strangest thing I've noticed! I find that if I overeat or eat something that doesn't agree with me, then drink water, then lay down ON MY LEFT SIDE, I hear a lot of gurgling (you know the pipe sounds we all had in the beginning) and in no time flat, I feel much better. What is that left side thing about...it just feels better when my stomach doesn't feel too good! Anyone else notice this? Guest guest
I've had the same experience. I guess that's just the way the plumbing flows . . . > This is the strangest thing I've noticed! Guest guest
This is just a guess, but when you are on your left side and drink, it would move the food causing your discomfort through faster since that is the direction your stomach is emptying, you add a little liquid, and there is no sphincter there to slow the emptying. Poof-empty stomach, discomfort gone-like liquid plummer and a hair clog--I'm sure many can relate to that!!Kristi(MGB 2/15/01)Dr. Rutledge >From: jsb@... >Reply- > >Subject: Re: Anyone Notice This? >Date: Mon, 02 Jul 2001 22:49:45 -0000 > >I've had the same experience. Guest guest
I've been having the same experience for the last two months. But I don't have to drink anything for it to happen. Guest guest
I've been on LDN for 217 days, I have SPMS. The only way I know LDN works for me is that I sleep better. I,ve notice when I get up during the night that I am so stiff everywhere. There is a thghtness in the lower back and very stiff legs. In the morning I have no stiffness and depending on the weathr (I think) I have no backach.
