Hi,

here's an excert from the interview with Dr Bihari given on the

Galway Bay radio show from Ireland in april 2004. This is what Dr

Bihari said about LDN and the liver:

Dr Bihari said in answer to your question tests done for blood liver

kidney function tests for patients of his been on LDN for 18 yrs -

all ok!-it has no effect on these organs in his words-very safe- Dr

Bihari said he has been on it himself for 12 yrs with no side

effects. Only positives.

He seems to be doing fine but I am

Hello Greg,

I think if you go into the ldn website there is some info there re people that have been on ldn for a long time with no side effects, but I don't know about children. I believe it can't /shouldn't hurt your liver at such a small dose rate.

Greg, I am not sure if I have you mixed up with another Greg, but was it you who inquired about SCT for your son. I send back a couple of emails to your work (I guess) email address and havn't had a reply.

Regards in Australia

Subject: [low dose naltrexone] anyone know of long term use of LDN for a child?

I was just wondering if anyone might know of a child whom has been

on LDN for and extended period of time. We have had Davey on it for

about a year or so already. He seems to be doing fine but I am

concerned about his liver. Any thoughts on this issue? Has anyone at

all been on it for 5-10-15 years?

thanks

Greg
