Guest guest
I find all caps harder to read, but bold is easier... ----- Original Message ----- From: Tom low dose naltrexone Sent: Friday, July 09, 2004 5:21 PM Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Hi folks, back after a while ...... THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO COMMENTED ON MY POST RE: FATIGUE. I NOW HAVE A LOT MORE IDEAS TO TRY! I HAVE NOTICED THAT IN SOME OTHER LDN GROUPS ALL POSTERS USE CAPS, BECAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE TROUBLE WITH THEIR EYESIGHT. I CERTAINLY WOULDN'T MIND USING ALL CAPS IF IT IS A HELP FOR SOME PEOPLE. COMMENTS? THANKS TOM FROM EDMONTON
Guest guest
Tom, I find all caps hard to read and often delete postings in all caps after reading the first line if that doesn't grab my attention. I know from other (non MS) groups that many people do the same. It was only when I read 's reply to your email that I went to my Trash folder and read all you wrote as I had read the bit about fatigue and then deleted it as it was hard to read - I get well over 100 non spam emails per day and still work full time so don't have time or energy to read posts I find difficult to read. I am certainly not saying that the world should do what suits me - if I delete most all caps postings without reading past the first line and miss something of interest to me then that's my bad luck! I appreciate that PWMS can have vision problems but Zil's approach to writing emails would seem to be a good solution in that case i.e. large font. wrote: I find all caps harder to read, but bold is easier... Guest guest
When I read the small print my eyes start to surf all over the page and I lose my spot. Any body else find that? Kim
