Hi Waymon,

May I ask where you took your studies in Iridology? Was it through the

Jensen Institute or? I am curious as I am seriously considering studying

Iridology as well to add to my repetoire. You input will be greatly

appreciated. Much thanks in advance Waymon.

Hey Anne,

Cool. Awesome even. Congratulations on being patient of the month. Do

let us know what the iridoligist has to say. Should be extremely

informative.

Peace be with you Anne.

Hi Anne,

No need to wait two weeks for the tonic. Just dip in and have at it. It

will get more potent with age but can be used as soon as you mix

everything together.

Good for you on the swishing. Glad that your sister and daughter are

getting in on it.

You might consider doing a liver cleanse or bomb. Also adding in fresh

squeezed lemon juice to your water will help your liver remain free of

gall stones. Fresh raw beets and beet juice is very good for your liver

as is dandelion root tea, milk thistle etc.

You can use castor oil packs over your spleen and liver as well. Do up

your intake of B vitamins, C and A.

Lets get you back in shape lady and healthy to boot. :-)

Peace be with you Anne.

Hi Anne,

You can take the super tonic every day forever. It is only food for the

body and helps it stay strong. I am hoping that you are saying you drink

lots of glasses of water with the juice of 1/2 lemon in each glass every

day. This is what you were saying right?

Drink at least 8 glasses of distilled or RO water with lemon juice

added. The lemon juice will not hurt you in the least and will help to

dissolve any kidney/bladder stones or gall bladder stones so they won't

plug you up.

I am glad to hear that your Iridologist is going to have you do a liver

cleanse. This is good. Restorative herbs is very good to.

CLO is not the best source of A as the A in CLO is predominantely

retinol, which is implicated in osteoporosis and hip fractures in the

elderly. Best would be to use beta-carotene only, drink that carrot

juice and eat all those orange/red colored vegetables.

Hang in there Anne, we will get you up and perky again.

Peace be with you Anne.
