hi de hi .....fellow ldn chappies and chappeses.....anyone here taking benfotiamine...is it worth it....good or bad.....all comments graciously accepted.....also, while I'm at it......anyone taking calcium EAP......just looking for that extra oomph........a miserable windswept Ipswich....UK...........Dave
