The hospital I worked at, we just used plain alcohol. Then every so many

months a company would come in and clean it and check the air flow ect.....

Dear CM,

Decontamination of a chemo spill is not the same thing as a routine

cleaning. Decon is a great undertaking. Dora is trying to compare

what is donein practice to what the USP 797 says should be done. Can

you tell us how long ago this was?
