Guest guest
Hello everyone, I'm also curious about psuedo attacks and the many posts i've seen about people on LDN having 're-visits' or various symptoms - in chronological order? Where is this documented or stated so I too can make some sense of it? Any ideas where to look into it? Regards, Friday

He basically says that old symptoms can rear their ugly heads especially if one over-exerts, is over-heated, sun-bathes or uses tanning beds and gets body temp up too much, under stress, is depressed, has infection(especially bladder which is very common in MS'ers), fever, is ill with other diseases such as a cold, virus, flu, etc... He also said that if one has NEW symptoms, never experienced before to be looking at a bad mix on the LDN And if you are taking an interferon with your LDN you can still have new symptom exacerbations because he says LDN and Interferons work against one another. The interferon knocks down the powers of LDN and so do steroids. So those who take interferons and or steroids along with their LDN cannot claim LDN has failed them. In truth, it's the interferon that's failed them because LDN cannot over-power the interferons, the interferons and steroids over-power the LDN. Guest guest
I would say for certain the stress your husband is under is the root of his worsening symptoms. I have had a tiny bit of stress, nothing like your husbands, and have had some return of my old symptoms, which have been for the most part gone since starting the LDN. I know that once my emotions settle down, so will my MS. It's just the way it is - heat/stress/upset/other illness/allergies are all our enemies. LDN is wonderful, but it cannot work miracles. I hope your husband hangs in there with the LDN and not get discouraged because of the current set back. Best of luck to both of you in getting through this difficult time and getting on to a better place in your lives.
