Guest guest
Yes this isn't pertaining to ldn specificly but then again it is, as now that the ldn has given me back almost complete control of my water works ,drinking large amounts of water doesn't cause a mad rush to the washroom anymore I found that once I drink five glasses a day for two days I actually don't make that many trips to the biffy, and when I do I can wait in line for as long as it takes without doing the crosslegged dance. Before ldn I was a spur of the moment, gotta get there fast, don't get in my way. type of guy. It wasn't fun!Still today I can't drink two large cups of coffee without running but then coffee is a no no it's a diretic and OJ is a beverage so it doesn't count as water, even though it is mostly water. The gummy worms is purely an indulgence of a spoiled brat with type two diabetes! Off topic or not, I wonder how many of us regularly short our bodies of water. With the bladder issues some of us have experienced water is often postponed until we know we will be close to a restroom, and then often just forgotten completely. Not good at all, very baaaad thing to do. I'd be very interested to hear how many of you know you don't drink enough. As for the chocolate, I thought we had already determined that chocolate raises endorphins? What more justification can anyone ask? The gummyworms, I don't know. Have to think about that for a while. But chocolate should qualify as an alternative medicine. I Don't know about great advice, Maybe I should get a backbone and not eat all the gummyworms and chocolate bars that I do.It is hard to live as you preach,I also don't drink enough water and I have a 160 ft.well with the best water around. Just what is so hard about turning a tap anyway?I know if Vanilla Coke came out of it I would be there all day.But thanks anyway Louise. Guest guest
I've heard all angles. Some people say Water, Only Water, pure Water (maybe with a little pure lemon juice). Others say that everything liquid counts, coffee, tea, soda, etc. Except caffeine products and diuretics cause you to pass water, so it's not really giving you water... or is it that you pass twice as much water as you take in? So perhaps fruit juice, not fruit juice drinks, or carbonated beverages, or coffee. Maybe decaf green tea, not sure. Fruits and vegetables alone have liquids in them that are beneficial. But, hey, you can do what ever you want, and regardless... You ARE what you consume. GIGO. It's so hard to find any mass agreement on ANYTHING, ever, any where, any topic. Everything we do may address one issue, but you may have 20 other issues you may not even recognize. I don't keep track of how much intake I have, but I do drink water.. just not prescribed like medicine. I just let my body guide me and try not to worry about it too much. ----- Original Message ----- From: Roy low dose naltrexone Sent: Saturday, June 12, 2004 12:28 Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] OFF TOPIC OFF TOPIC OFF TOPIC OFF TOPIC OFF TOPIC Since I got PLS I know I don't drink enough!!!!
