allergies and intolerances

Hi all

I have only just discovered this group, after seeing a post about

ldn on the swank site.

I was wondering if many of you have had tests for intolerances and

allergies such as the ELISE blood tests.

I know much of the diet information relates to avoiding foods that

are triggers exacerbating MS symptoms but I am interested to learn

if many/any of you are actually finding out exactly what you are

intolerant to in addition to taking ldn? Or if you have done so

prior to starting on ldn?

Any light you can shed most appreciated,
