Do you think that maybe people think that the tests are different because they are taking a test for the second time after not passing the first time. I think I heard that when you retake a test they have several different versions so that you do not take the same test each time. When people talk about the tests they do not say if this is the first time taking or a repeat time. I do know of a girl who took the test about 5 times before she passed and each time she had a different test. Maybe this could be one reason for the confusion.
