For everyone who is uninterested in searching out a doctor to prescribe, or can't find a doctor to prescribe, you can order Naltrexone from MEDSMEX.com. The tablets actually called Revia, and must be broken down and dissolved in water. Quite a few people on this forum get their LDN that way and can help with how to break it down and use it...

From www.low dose naltrexone.org main page:

Full-dose naltrexone (50mg) carries a cautionary warning against its use

in those with liver disease. This warning was placed because of adverse

liver effects that were found in experiments involving 300mg daily. The

50mg dose does not apparently produce impairment of liver function nor,

of course, do the much smaller 3mg and 4.5mg doses.
