Dear ALL,

I thought the question was an excellent one so I am posting it here. I do not

know the person who sent the question, but the person is a new member. Some

people prefer not to post, some do not want their email addresses posted. For

whatever reason I am okay with private email questions.

My reply: I had only one formual supplied for an advanced IV question, that was

ove 10 yrs ago. To my knowledge no formulas are supplied. However I ask that any

one who has recently taken the exam feel free to let me/us know otherwise if

this is not true.
