You get it from a beekeeper in your area by checking out the address on the honey jars sold in healthfood storesé. For allergies you start 2-3 months before hayfever season and take 1 to 3 grains of pollen a day which you increase gradually. This way you body is being desentitized by the pollen gathered from plants in your region which helps combat your hayfever. > After seven months on L.D.N.
