Hi Carsten

I have been on LDN for 29 days, starting of on 4.5mg as recommended. The stiffness, especially in the morning, was a real problem and didn't seem to improve.

I have reduced the dosage to 3mg starting day 24 and feel much better, still some stiffness but it has much improved and am noticing a difference in my energy levels.

You may want to give 4.5mg a longer trial than one week,

Good luck,

Epousebar

Hi all,I have now been taking LDN 4.5 mg for a week, and I'm feeling a stiffnes in my legs. I have read of others with the same symptom - and my question is:Should I stop taking LDN or is this just a side effect that with time will disappear? Thanks for a great group - with lots of information from user to user.

One week is too short of a time frame for this. after maybe a month or so you can cut back but until then just stretch as you have read it does work!

I still do it even though every initial stretch sets off a spasm. They get better with time.
