Guest guest
I've been on LDN for 30 days. I haven't experienced any sleeplessness or other side effects. Interestingly, my feet which haven't felt 'normal' in over a year are feeling.. actual feeling without as much of the numbness/tingling. My left hand which went numb the middle of May is almost back to normal with just minimal sensory lacking. Praise God for leading me to this site. Men.. you can stop reading now. LOL I'm wondering if LDN effects mentstrual cycles of other ladies. I'm 34 and on the pill. In the past, I've spotted between periods.. usually the week before my period but this month is has been almost constant. Anyone else have an experience like this? Thanks,

Guest guest
, I've also been on the pill and yes I spot occasionally but I contribute that to always having an extremely heavy period not my ldn use. It sounds like you might need a visit to your gynecologist if it's ongoing and really bugging you. Good luck! (SPMS) From: marciemjm@... I have noticed that the monthly cycle last about 1 day longer than it used to though. Guest guest
KRISTEN - SOUNDS LIKE YOU'VE HAD SOME GOOD RESULTS WITH LDN. I JUST ORDERED MY THIRD BOTTLE OF 4.5. YOU'VE SEEN MORE RESULTS THAN I HAVE. THE ONLY THING I HAVE SEEN POSITIVE IS BLADDER CONTROL, I NO LONGER NEED MY DETROL. I STILL HAVE MY NUMBNESS IN MY LEFT HAND AND ONCE IN A WHILE I GET A GOOD DAY WITH THE BALANCE. I HAVE FAITH THAT THIS WILL WORK WITH TIME. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. GOD BLESS YOU, KIM I've been on LDN for 30 days. I haven't experienced any sleeplessness or other side effects.
