Where would you put it to be on the safe side. With the difference I feel w the 2 smart meters gone, I don't want to risk going the route of the d. coupling. I was given a ballpark figure of 400 if nothing's wrong b/c we can't see the water drain. Then quoted up to 1400 if need a new water meter if rusted underground.
