Hi Kathy,

I have certainly read on this news group of people who are doing both LDN and BVT. Just be very careful of allergies, etc. I am on LDN but will be starting BVT shortly also. Supposed to be an energy booster. I have talked to real people over the phone about BVT, and they swear by it. Good luck.

I was just at my first ever M.S. clinic where a physical therapist and an m.s. nurse were made available to me, this was a very enlightening time as I was taught how to exercise properly and I found out how they responded to ldn treatment.

I was surprised that the therapist and nurse both had heard of ldn and were not against it (the Nuero was away this week) both of the people that had heard of it were in favour but could not tell anyone of it as it has not been trialed(like I hadn't heard that before, right).

When it came right down to the nitty gritty the Nurse agreed that it sure wouldn't hurt us any and that since there was nothing else for me to try and since my compounder is so well known by the hospital people. I may as well try it for as long as I want to.

She also put me on the "mentor" list for newly diagnosed people with m.s.if I can give them any support at all I will. And probably slip in the word on LDN.

You all should see how my brother can feed himself now, last year at this time he was completely helpless and would have starved to death if someone hadn't fed him. Yesterday he fed himself, with only a small hesitation when he gets his fork to his mouth.

How many months will he have to be like this before someone notices that he isn't going down hill any more? I believe we are becoming more enlightened around here(in central Alberta) but it takes time to light candles when there is a stiff breeze blowing.

Reg.
