After seven months on L.D.N. I still have my hayfever and now have developed an allergy to milk, Yes I am now lactose intolerant plus type two diabetic! Also gaining weight constantly.

Reg, is it possible that you have been allergic to milk for a long time and other health issues have covered it up? I guess what I'm trying to ask is if you are now feeling enough better to realize what milk does to you?

Once you are dairy free for several weeks your hay fever may improve. I had to give up dairy products years ago, but not for lactose intolerance. Dairy causes me unending sinus problems, and it takes about a month to see a change when I quit eating the ice cream or half and half that tends to sneak back into my diet.

I'm very overweight, but my cholesteral has always been " seriously

low " at a combined 118 last check in January. I am hoping that the

LDN has no lowering effect for me.

However, I have noticed that my air-borne allergies have disapeared

100% since LDN, which has been a super huge blessing for me, as they

have always been pretty unbearable. However, my food allergies have

stayed consistant.

I believe that almost being Fifty has finally put me into a change of life crisis or non crisis,I don't know which it is as I just don't have the money to go off the deep end as a loy of my compadre's seem to have done. I guess that is one good thing to be said about this disease,Maybe you have to change your lifes expectations but also it brings out the real inner you,I found strength that I never knew I had,So when diabetes and new intolerances come along I can just take them in stride.

I don't believe that I have improved enuf to now notice the allergies, I kind of wonder if yes all along I was reacting badly to milk but being in very good shape I could overlook these problems.

I have always disliked milk in my coffeee and liked coffee mate!

Or maybe just now I have developed it, either way it is redundent as I have it and now I have to deal with it.

The L.D.N. has at least given me an optimistic outlook!

Also there is a soy icecream called SoGood that is actually good tasting.
