Guest guest Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 I work in AZ at Bashas'. I was a cashier on the front end and transfered to the Pharmacy. I was trained on the job and started at 11.10 per hour because I was already an employee. I got a raise after 6 months to 12.00 and now that I am certified I get 13.80 per hour. We are considered topped out unless they choose to give a cost of living raise in the future but it is not expected. Hope this helps.
