Hello everyone,

I must say Im at a stage where I KNOW what's going on in my body more

than any other time in my life.

LDN has seen me through alot of unpleasant situations emotionally and

these times of stress would have ordinarily taken their toll on my

body - physically.

I don't wish to go into my private hell with relationships and work

stress, depression etc too much, but I know LDN is working well for

me when im stress free, and not working as well when im not but still

keeping my head above water.

Would my situation be the same without LDN? NO, from experience - I

can say definitely not. I've had a life of turmoil in the last 8

years, and all that stress has brought my body down and my MS has

progressed slowly but surely. Maybe it would have anyway, without

the stress? Who knows - that's the nature of MS - unpredicatable -

prognosis unknown. What I do know is, that pre-LDN days, even

without the stress - at the good moments in my life - I was not as

well as I am after LDN.

The turning point for me is LDN as the turmoil is still around, some

days worse than others, but without the LDN, I wouldn't have the

quality of sleep, the reduction in fatigue and the bladder control

improvements.

I do bare in mind that my diet habits, limited water intake, bad

sleeping patterns (intentional) and lazy days of inaction are

entirely my fault and I am not taking full advantage of the benefits

LDN is giving me.

The good thing that has come out of the whole LDN experience and my

introduction to it, is that now, I am taking control of my MS, taking

more interest in my symptoms, and with the help and experiences of

you all here, Im learning to love myself and appreciate my MS more.

Thank you for being here
